Norman Tracy Walker was born February 23, 1921 in Lemont, Cook County, Illinois the son of George S. Walker and Theresa Schmelzer. He married Myra T. Twichell and they had two daughters, Georgia and Myra. He was a Veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was the President of the Lemont National Bank, and also a member of, and affiliated with, numerous civic, charitable and Masonic organizations, nationally and internationally. He was the founder and a charter member of Arboretum Lodge No. 1175 and served as Master of the Lodge in 1977 to 1979. He died November 26, 1984 in Lemont, Cook County, Illinois and was buried in the Willow Hills Cemetery, Willow Springs, Illinois. |
