Charles William Wiggins was born November 25, 1922 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. He married Lillian Joy Lavicka and they had three sons, William Randall, Robert Brian and Dennis Charles.

He was employed by Western Electric for 35 years as a Systems Engineer. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1946.

He was raised a Master Mason February 15, 1966 in Euclid Lodge and served as Master of the Lodge in 1975.

He died April 28, 2010 in Warrenville, DuPage County, Illinois.
