Charles Benjamin Paver was born January 30, 1900 in Warrenville, DuPage County, Illinois the son of Edward Benjamin Paver and Mary A. Polivka. He married Esther Wallace April 19, 1924 in Wheaton, Illinois. He was a U. S. Postal worker at the Aurora Post Office and also served as Warrenville Fire Chief for 25 years. He was a past president of the Warrenville Lions Club and a trustee of the Warrenville Baptist Church. He was raised a Master Mason March 13, 1922 in Euclid Lodge and served as Master of the Lodge in 1944 and 1945. He was a Past Patron of Althea Chapter No. 206, Order of Eastern Star. He was also a member of Euclid Chapter No. 13, Royal Arch Masons. He died September 12, 1971 in Warrenville, DuPage County, Illinois and was buried in the Warrenville Cemetery. |
