William C. Wallace was born April 3, 1901 in Warrenville, DuPage County, Illinois the son of William A. Wallace and Clara B. Reed. He was employed as a draftsman for the American Well Works Factory. He was raised a Master Mason February 18, 1927 in Euclid Lodge. He was also  a member of Euclid Chapter No. !3, Royal Arch Masons and served as High Priest in 1931. He died August 6, 1962 in Warrenville, DuPage County, Illinois and was buried in the Warrenville Cemetery.
